Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery is then 7 - 15 business days.

Many orders arrive well inside that window. These are estimates rather than guarantees — customs inspection, courier backlog, public holidays, weather and incomplete addresses can all extend them.

All shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), to the delivery address you give us. Under DDP the seller is the only party responsible for import clearance and for paying import duties and taxes — so that is us, on every order:

• Import duties paid by us.
• Import taxes paid by us.
• Customs clearance handled by us.
• Delivery to the address you give us, not to a port or terminal.

You will never be asked for an import fee. If a courier or customs authority ever asks you for one, do not pay it — contact us first at [email protected] and we will resolve it.

Because clearance is our responsibility, an order that fails to clear customs through an error on our side is a valid claim under our Refund & Replacement Policy.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Please check your email — including your spam or junk folder — for dispatch and delivery updates.

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the courier.

Rates are set by destination, not by speed. The threshold below is applied after any discount, to the amount you actually pay.

Some products cannot be shipped to every destination. Availability is shown for your selected country on each product page and again at checkout, so you will know before you pay.

• Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot reroute it.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Once a courier marks a parcel as delivered, we are not responsible for it being lost or taken.
