• Account — your name, email address, and your password, which is stored only as a cryptographic hash and never in readable form.
• Orders — delivery address, phone number if you give one, what you bought, the value, and the status and history of the order.
• Payments — the cryptocurrency and network used, amounts, and the transaction reference on the public blockchain.
• Delivery — tracking numbers and courier status.
• Communications — your support chats, and emails you send us or we send you.
• Technical — IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage data needed to run and secure the site.

Sensitive fields, including delivery address details, are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it. Backups are encrypted and held separately from the live system.

We never see or store card or bank details. Payments settle on public blockchains, so we hold only the transaction reference — the same information anyone can already read on-chain.

To take and fulfil your orders, process payments, provide support, send order-related email, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Only as needed to run the shop: fulfilment and delivery partners, our email provider, and the infrastructure and security providers that host and protect the site — each acting on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Some replies are drafted with automated assistance. Email replies are reviewed by a person before they are sent. Conversations help us improve our answers; they are never sold and never used for advertising.

Generally up to 2 years from your last order or last contact with us, and longer only where accounting, tax or legal obligations require it.

We use cookies needed for sign-in, your cart and site security, and where applicable a small number for analytics. Blocking essential cookies will prevent checkout from working.

Your information may be processed outside your own country, with appropriate safeguards in place.
