These products are for research and laboratory use only. They are not medicines, supplements, foods or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they are not for human or animal consumption.

Regulations differ from country to country and change over time. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a product may lawfully be imported, held and used where they live, and to hold any licence or authorisation required. Placing an order confirms that you have done so.

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), to the delivery address you give us, so import clearance, duties and taxes are handled and paid by us. Shipments may still be inspected, delayed or refused entry. Where an order is refused for reasons within our control, our Refund & Replacement Policy applies.

These products should be handled only by appropriately trained personnel, using suitable precautions and equipment.

Products are supplied as described. Beyond that description we make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Matters arising from this notice are governed by the laws of Miami, Florida, United States, and, so far as they concern the supply and export of goods, the commercial laws of the People's Republic of China.
