配送ポリシー

注文は、決済確認書の1 - 2営業日、月曜日から金曜日まで処理されます。 納期は、7 - 15営業日です.

Many orders arrive well inside that window. These are estimates rather than guarantees — customs inspection, courier backlog, public holidays, weather and incomplete addresses can all extend them.

All shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)、ご指定の配送先住所まで. Under DDP the seller is the only party responsible for import clearance and for paying import duties and taxes — so that is us, on every order:

You will never be asked for an import fee. If a courier or customs authority ever asks you for one, do not pay it — contact us first at [email protected] and we will resolve it.

Because clearance is our responsibility, an order that fails to clear customs through an error on our side is a valid claim under our Refund & Replacement Policy.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Please check your email — including your spam or junk folder — for dispatch and delivery updates.
